*Change in services of some trains*
Bengaluru Division of South Western Railway will undertake safety-related and signal maintenance work at Baiyyappanahalli yard on November 27 and 28, 2024. As a result, the following changes will be made to the train services as outlined below:
*Cancellation of trains*
1. Train Nos. 06538 Bengaluru Cantonment–Chikballapur MEMU Special, 06532 Chikballapur–Bengaluru MEMU Special, and 06527 Bangarapet–SMVT Bengaluru MEMU Special will be cancelled on November 27, 2024.
2. Train No. 06528 SMVT Bengaluru–Bangarapet MEMU Special will be cancelled on November 28, 2024.
*Partial cancellation of trains*
1. On November 27, 2024, Train No. 16521 Bangarapet–KSR Bengaluru Unreserved MEMU Express Special will be partially cancelled between Krishnarajapuram and KSR Bengaluru stations.
2. On November 27, 2024, Train No. 16530 Karaikal–SMVT Bengaluru Daily Express will be partially cancelled between Belandur Road and SMVT Bengaluru stations.
3. On November 27, 2024, Train No. 06270 SMVT Bengaluru–Mysuru Daily Passenger Special will be partially cancelled between SMVT Bengaluru and KSR Bengaluru and it will be originated from KSR Bengaluru instead of SMVT Bengaluru duly rescheduling by 30 minutes from KSR Bengaluru.
*Diversion of trains*
1. Train No. 11021 Dadar–Tirunelveli Tri-weekly Express, journey commencing on November 26, 2024, will be diverted to run via Chikbanavar, Banaswadi, Baiyyappanahalli, Karmelaram, and Hosur, skipping its scheduled stoppage at SMVT Bengaluru. This train will provide an additional stoppage at Banaswadi station (Arrival at 08:50 PM and Departure at 08:52 PM) on the diverted route.
2. Train No. 11302 KSR Bengaluru–Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai Daily Express, journey commencing on November 27, 2024, will be diverted via KSR Bengaluru, Yesvantpur, and Yelahanka stations.
3. Train No. 16236 Mysuru–Tuticorin Daily Express, journey commencing on November 27, 2024, will be diverted via KSR Bengaluru, Yesvantpur, Banaswadi, and Karmelaram stations.
4. Train No. 06269 Mysuru–SMVT Bengaluru Daily Passenger Special, journey commencing on November 27, 2024, will be diverted via KSR Bengaluru, Yesvantpur, Hebbal, Banaswadi, and SMVT Bengaluru.
*Rescheduling of trains*
1. Train No. 15227 SMVT Bengaluru–Muzaffarpur Weekly Express, journey commencing on November 28, 2024, will be rescheduled by 225 minutes from SMVT Bengaluru.
*Regulation of trains*
1. Train No. 12835 Hatia–SMVT Bengaluru Bi-weekly Express, journey commencing on November 26, 2024, will be regulated for 60 minutes en route.
2. Train No. 16021 Dr. MGR Chennai Central–Mysuru Bi-weekly Express, journey commencing on November 27, 2024, will be regulated for 60 minutes en route.
3. Train Nos. 16594 Nanded–KSR Bengaluru Daily Express, 16220 Tirupati–Chamarajanagar Daily Express, 12683 Ernakulam–SMVT Bengaluru Tri-weekly Express, and 12657 Dr. MGR Chennai Central–KSR Bengaluru Daily Superfast Express, all with journeys commencing on November 27, 2024, will be regulated for 30 minutes en route.
